PRESIDENT- Please describe your vision for the Operation Med School London 2017  Conference.

PRESIDENT- Two days before the conference, with food purchased, a large group of 40 attendees contacts you attempting to cancel their registration and demanding a refund. You have previously established a no-refund policy that has been made clear to all applicants. Briefly write an email response to this demand.

PLENARY DIRECTOR: You would like to invite a prominent surgeon, Dr. Meredith Grey, to speak at OMS London 2017. Write the email you would use to initially contact Dr. Grey, keeping in mind that OMS is not able to pay fees to speakers.

WORKSHOP DIRECTOR: Dr. Mindy Lahiri is a family doctor in London. Write an email to Dr. Lahiri asking her to prepare a workshop for high school students.

LOGISTICS DIRECTOR: As the logistics director, you will be responsible for organizing the venue. You have selected the 3M Centre at Western University as the perfect location for OMS London 2017. Write the email you would use to initially contact the University's room rental team, intending to book two lecture halls at their venue. Also request a discount, AV equipment, and ask for a possible sitting area for lunch.

FINANCE DIRECTOR: Briefly describe your past experience with finance, specifically with regards to creating and maintaining a budget, keeping financial records, and defining financial strategy.

MARKETING DIRECTOR: A month prior to the day of the conference, only sixteen tickets have been sold. Describe strategies you would employ to create sales during this period of time, or strategies you would employ to avoid this situation.

MARKETING DIRECTOR: In addition to completing this application and providing your resume, applicants to the position of Marketing Director must submit a brief portfolio of past graphic design or marketing work to emily@operationmedschool.com. By answering "Yes", I verify that I have submitted all necessary documents.

PUBLICITY DIRECTOR: Describe succinctly why a student should attend Operation Med School 2017 in the style of a written promotion for the conference.

PUBLICITY DIRECTOR: Propose a catchy slogan for the OMS London 2017 Conference.
